Niagara County Farm Bureau President speaks at a press conference at the Food Bank of WNY calling Hunger a dirty word and that hunger is unacceptable in Western New York. We all have to take ownership and not allow this to continue in our community here in New York. If you don't produce food or you produce food that can't be marketed directly then donate to the food bank. We have just shown that the donation doesn't have to be large to count. If you can't donate $50 then donate $20. If not $20 then $10. Whatever you can, counts toward the whole thing. Every little bit of food brought in by Farmers across the state has now totaled over 3.6 million pounds and we're not done yet.
